Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Pass Planner ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service helps Frontier Airlines GoWild Pass holders discover and compare flight options. It searches publicly available flight data via third-party APIs (SerpApi / Google Flights), applies GoWild pricing estimates, scores trips by configurable criteria, and presents results through a web dashboard and optional Discord/email notifications.
3. Not Affiliated with Frontier Airlines
Pass Planner is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Frontier Airlines, Inc. "Frontier," "GoWild," and related marks are trademarks of Frontier Airlines, Inc. All references to GoWild Pass, GoWild pricing, and GoWild standby are used descriptively to identify the airline product this tool supports. Flight availability shown here is estimated from public data and does not guarantee seat availability or booking success.
4. GoWild Standby and Pricing
GoWild Pass flights are standby only. Seats are not guaranteed and depend on availability at the time of booking. Availability changes in real time and depends on factors outside our control.
GoWild pricing displayed ($21.14 within 24 hours, $98.99 outside 24 hours) is based on the published fee structure as of October 2025. Frontier Airlines may change fees, taxes, or surcharges at any time without notice. Always verify the final price on flyfrontier.com before booking.
5. Flight Data Source and API Credits
All flight data is sourced from SerpApi (Google Flights), a publicly available third-party API. Pass Planner does not scrape any airline website.
If you provide a SerpApi key, the Service uses it to query Google Flights data on your behalf. You are responsible for:
- Monitoring your SerpApi account balance and usage
- Understanding your SerpApi plan's terms and rate limits
- Any charges incurred from API calls made by this Service
API credit estimates shown before searches are approximations. Actual usage may vary due to retries, network errors, or API behavior changes.
6. Data Retention
Cached flight data is stored per your configured retention period (30-365 days after departure). You can export all cached data to CSV or delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of flight data, pricing estimates, scoring calculations, or availability predictions. Use at your own discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and operators of the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to: unexpected API credit consumption, missed flights, incorrect pricing estimates, lost profits, or data loss.
Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us to use the Service, which, for free-tier use, is zero U.S. dollars ($0).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developers and operators of the Service from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right (including SerpApi's terms of service or Frontier Airlines' terms), or (d) any content or data you submit or actions you take through the Service.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use automated tools to flood the Service with requests
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its outputs
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. You may close your account at any time from your profile page. Sections 7 (No Warranty), 8 (Limitation of Liability), and 9 (Indemnification) survive any termination.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be announced on the dashboard or by email.
